Dalit Jan Kalyan Yuba Club (DJKYC) is a Siraha based NGO currently working in all eight districts of Madesh Province with a mission to make an effective contribution to the promotion and protection of the human rights and dignity of those affected by caste-based discrimination through community, mobilization, empowerment and advocacy.
DJKYC is currently implementing Integrated Agriculture and Livelihoods Improvement project in financial and technical support from Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) Nepal in Bariyarpatti and Nawarajpur Rural Municipalities of Siraha District, Madhesh Province, Nepal. In line with this project, DJKYC requires 20 Mini Tiller as a part of Agriculture Tools, Equipment and Facility Support.
Through this Invitation for Bids, DJKYC is inviting potential companies registered in Nepal, with the mentioned Mini Tiller Specifications, its installation and handover to the farmer groups. Interested and eligible companies are encouraged to submit their bids in accordance with the tender requirements.
Instructions to Bidders
The deadline for submission of tender documents is 24 April 2026 by no later than 2:00 PM.10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Sunday to Friday (except DJKYC holidays).
No online submissions of tender documents will be accepted. Only hard copy submissions will be considered with authorized signed and stamped in each page.
Bids will be opened on 27 April 2026 at 1:00 PM, at the DJKYC Office, Lahan Municipality, Ward# 10, Gudigaun, Siraha District, Nepal. Only the qualified financial proposals with compulsory requirements of the tender will be considered for further evaluations.
Bidders must submit a Bid Security (Bank Guarantee) amounting to 2.5% of the total proposed bid amount, deposited in the name of this office.
If any additional information or clarification related to the bid is required, such information and notices may also be obtained from the office of this organization.
The Procurement Committee of DJKYC, Siraha, reserves full authority to accept or reject any bid, in whole or in part, with or without assigning any reason, and to cancel or re-invite the bid process at any stage.
Any bid submitted without following the prescribed procedures, found to be incomplete, or received after the deadline, shall not be subject to any action and shall be automatically disqualified.
The terms and conditions mentioned in this notice, along with other necessary provisions, shall be governed by this notice, DJKYC procurement and financial policy.

Consultancy Service for Facilitation of Palika-Level Consultative Workshop on Nutrition-Friendly Local Governance (NFLG) and Documentation Support
Dalit Jan Kalyan Yuba Club (DJKYC), in partnership with Plan International Nepal, is implementing the Sabal Balbalika Sabal Samuday (SaBaSS) Project in Arnama Rural Municipality, Siraha. The project aims to improve nutrition outcomes among children, adolescents, and women through strengthened systems, community engagement, and local governance mechanisms.
As part of this initiative, DJKYC is Requesting for Proposal (RFP) from qualified and experienced individual consultants/firms to support the facilitation of Palika-level consultative workshops and development of required documentation for Nutrition Friendly Local Governance (NFLG).
2. Objective of the Assignment
The objective of this consultancy is to:
Facilitate Palika-level consultative workshop(s) on NFLG
Support development of Palika Nutrition Profile and NFLG-related documents
Strengthen local government capacity to meet NFLG indicators and declaration process
4. Duration of Assignment
Total: 15 working days (2 days facilitation, 4 days field work, 9 days documentation and report writing)

Arnama Rural Municipality, Siraha (with field visits and remote work)
6. Required Qualifications and Experience
Interested consultants must meet the following criteria:
Master’s degree in Public Health, Nutrition, or related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in:
Nutrition programming and governance
Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement
Experience in developing reports, profiles, and policy/guideline documents
Strong understanding of local governance and nutrition context in Nepal
Excellent communication and report writing skills in Nepali and English
